RUBIS QI was born in 2016 through a unique collaboration between three ‘Generation Q’ fellows, who share the same passion for delivering quality improvement in healthcare.
They help support teams to redesign processes, practices and services using proven quality improvement methodology to continuously improve services for the benefit of patient care.
We were asked by the RUBIS QI team to create individual case studies. Each case study looks at the innovation work that the team has done. Watch the video to hear their stories.
