Leadership Development Programme

South Tyneside Council has developed a bespoke programme to teach leadership skills to its employees.

Asked by the council to create a promotional film, we interviewed the scheme’s participants and learnt how it’s boosted confidence, progressed careers and sparked networking. We filmed the programme in action and followed participants at work. From this material, we edited one main film of highlights, then an additional three videos which focused on individuals. This project is an example of how we can make optimal use of footage and tell multiple stories within a larger narrative.
